On the 8th of May 2026, I had the great honour of performing at this year’s European Union Day celebrations in Zimbabwe.
What made the occasion even more special was performing my song Gogoride alongside Katrin Hagemann, Ambassador of the European Union Delegation to Zimbabwe. Sharing that moment on stage was both unexpected and unforgettable.
Music has a beautiful way of bringing people together across cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Standing side by side, united through song, felt like a powerful celebration of connection, dialogue, and friendship between Zimbabwe and the European Union.
I am deeply grateful to have been part of such a meaningful occasion and to have shared a piece of my musical journey with everyone who attended.
Some performances stay with you long after the final note has faded. This was one of them. 🤍
